This year, we’re finally putting a stop to all childhood viruses. We’ll boost our immunity and have new experiences. We enjoy sauna once a week at Koala Zvonařka kindergarten, where we have a private spa with sauna and steam. The children warm up in a temperature of 60 °C and the ritual has only one round. Unlike adults who like to steam in 100 degrees and take three laps. We are following the Scandinavian tradition, as the Nordic people have been taking saunas since they were very young. And for good reason.

The clients of Koala kindergarten (Zvonařka and Riegrovy sady) have sauna sessions once a week in the morning, but we are happy to welcome anyone from the surrounding area. Public sauna sessions take place every Wednesday from 4 to 6 pm.
